Welcome to The Loft at Sycamore Bend! A loft apartment renovated in 2022 is located above the garage of a lovely historic property in Wilmington! Just a few miles drive to the beach, this gorgeous light filled space is the perfect spot for your next trip! Enjoy your coffee while watching the horses or possibly a wedding on the pastures and near the stable across the yard. There is a desk space for working, a large screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The owners live nearby.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean
