Our farmyard cottage is located right on the Ridgeway historic walking trail and is beside Barbury Castle. A rural and stunning location, yet only 10 mins from Swindon and M4 Jct 15, and also close to Avebury and the charming market town of Marlborough. This spacious, newly refurbished cottage is on a busy and bustling farm and racehorse training yard, so expect tractors and horses to be passing your window! A cosy getaway for two in the heart of Wiltshire countryside. The Garden Room is nestled in the private garden of our traditional thatched cottage in the hamlet of West Stowell. The studio offers a comfy double bed, loveseat sofa & kitchenette with bistro table. Many famous sights within driving distance including Bath, Marlborough, Salisbury & Avebury – and many fabulous walks in the surrounding area. Parking available, well behaved dogs welcome (garden not dogproof), use of BBQ on request.

Old Chapel Wootton Rivers

A beautifully renovated, wonderfully positioned converted chapel with large private garden in one of the area's prettiest villages. Wootton Rivers is within the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, with beautiful walks along the Kennet & Avon Canal, the Ridgeway and Savernake Forest. The village has a 16th century thatched pub, very close to the Chapel. We are also on the National Cycle Network route 4 and near to great restaurants such as Stein's, and Dan's in Marlborough.

The Cricketers House is a beautiful former 18th Century Coaching Inn. The house has the benefit of being within The North Wessex Downs AONB with its fantastic open countryside, its footpaths, and ancient forest and yet its within a short walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the historic and thriving market town of Marlborough. The town has a public golf course and an award winning tennis club. Both are close by and bookable. Marlborough also boasts its own independent cinema.

Great Western Hospital (2.6 miles), Nationwide H.O. (4.6 Miles), Outlet Village/Steam Museum (6.2 Miles) and Marlborough (7 Miles). Farm Shop and Village pubs short walk away.

Sonia and Tel Wright have 4 self-catering apartments each sleeping 2 in king size beds or large singles. Two of the apartments are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They are set well back from the road and in a peaceful setting adjoining Sonia's plant nursery. Apartments offer comfortable beds, well equipped kitchens and spacious bathrooms. There is underfloor heating and each apartment has a sunny garden room as well as everything you will need to make you feel at home.

Pewsey is situated between Stonehenge and Avebury and we are only 7 minutes walk from the railway station amid a wealth of outstanding countryside. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance in fact a car is not at all essential to your stay. Our little artists hideaway is a unique space full of quirky artworks in a garden of sculptures. It is very comfortable, warm and private and has easy access to all the amenities of the village.
