The property has a private parking area and garden. It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

Tea, coffee, milk, sugar along with towels and shower gel / shampoo are provided. The is a double sofa bed in the lounge that we provide bedding for if requested. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
