Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on our 1.25 acre property. It is perfect for a couple, 2 friends, or parents and child. We are conveniently located 2 minutes off of highway 99. We are also 15 minutes from downtown. This studio has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. We can not wait to host your next getaway. The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

Wine Country Cabin

In the heart of the Fairplay wine country. Walking distances to a few of the local wineries. Cabin has all the amenities you need, including wifi. Very comfortable, sit on the front porch and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The Gold Country towns are within 30 minutes. Amador county wineries 20 minutes away.
