Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Our cozy guest cottage is just steps from the Emory University campus and the shops and restaurants of Emory Village. The cottage is tucked away behind a privacy fence, well off the street, so you get the benefit of being close to campus with the privacy and quiet that other locations can't match. If you want to venture out, we are just a few miles from cool intown neighborhoods or downtown Atlanta and all its attractions. Perfect for those visiting Emory who don't want to rent a car! .

Atlanta Llama Luxury Cottage

A gorgeously restored 3 bedroom/1 bath mid-century brick home in the perfect location. Meet our rescued alpacas & llamas at the gate. Beyond the back gate is reserved for treehouse guests & their privacy. Tropical garden views, hear roosters crow on our working rescue farm! Granite kitchen, open floor plan, amazing location, designer/antiques, b&w bath, amazing beds/linens, thoughtful touches await you. On weekends, we offer reduced rate llama alpaca experience tours for $35 per person.

Athens Retreat

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

The Aspen; private suite in the Carriage House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Aspen Room is located in the Carriage House, behind the main farmhouse. Decorated in lovely white and gray; with subtle color splashes reminiscent of Aspen leaves. The private room also has a large kitchenette; microwave and refrigerator included. The Aspen also hosts a full bath and shower; providing for a relaxing days end. The king bed is sure to give you a great nights sleep with the thick foam topper…comfort!

Full kitchen/sitting area - dining table, a twin pullout sofa bed, tele, cooking/eating utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster & dishwasher We have a cozy bathroom with shower and bath. always equipped with clean towels and all the necessary toiletries. There is also a laundry room that doubles as a broom closet, equipped with a washer and drier.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, Vampire Diaries fans, and business travelers. We are near grocery stores, fast food, movie theater and easy freeway access. Great location for all things Vampire Diaries or The Originals. Six miles from Georgia International Horse Park. This is a one bedroom, terrace (daylight basement ) level suite with private entrance. This is attached to a residence. Please note there is not a stove.

Our cool and comfortable 1 bedroom carriage house with exposed brick has a true city feeling! It comfortably fits two, located on a huge wooded lot, just an 8 minute walk to downtown City of Decatur. Enjoy a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with access to laundry. Located on public transportation routes including the Emory Shuttle!
