Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

This fully renovated one-bedroom Edwardian cottage offers comfort, warmth and convenience. The self-contained interior mixes old and new with original 1910 features and 21 century finishes. A highlight is the collection of birdlife watercolour paintings by the acclaimed Australian artist, Robert Ulmann. The Stables is an elegant accommodation space situated in city adorned with the tasteful artefacts and period features. Close to the gorgeous Kunanyi within walking distance to the Historic areas of Battery Point and the waterfront. Warm up next to the romantic woodfire or stroll to the local restaurants and cafes. Taste the local Wines and boutique beers. The Stables includes Queen Bed shower and bath all positioned upstairs in the loft. The Stables will have your heart all warm & cosy.

Nestled away in bustling North Hobart is Little Arthur. Brother to Little Elizabeth, Little Arthur has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home. After braving the elements during Hobart's notorious winter and filling bellies with world class food and wine, warm yourself by the fire or soak in the claw foot tub while perusing the many books on offer. Or for those sunnier days, throw open the French doors and enjoy a coffee in the courtyard.
