The Workhouse (Plas-y-Berllan) is the main building of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minute walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic and comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are doggie friendly and are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle and explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone cottage.

The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table and bench leading onto a sloping lawn area. At present the land is grazed by sheep and wildlife is also in abundance, badgers, rabbits, wild birds to include red kites, buzzards, ducks and wild geese.
