Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Bruny Island Breakaway

Breakaway is a beautifully located holiday home above Nebraska Beach at Dennes Point, on the sunny northern tip of Bruny Island. The property sits on a bush block, home to many bird species and the occasional quoll or echidna. Open-plan living areas and vaulted ceilings create an appealing sense of space and light. Double-glazed doors open out to a west-facing covered deck, providing panoramic views of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. The water and sunset views from here are impressive.
