Basement studio apartment on a quiet dirt road located near many amenities. Private separate entrance, newly renovated. The apartment is conveniently located less than half a mile from the Nantucket Airport. We are within walking distance to a BYOB Thai Restaurant, mini markets and 1.5 miles to the largest grocery store on island. There is a bike path and public transportation stop that is a 2 minute walk from the apartment located at the end of the road. We are 2 miles to Nobadeer Beach.

Beautiful bedroom with a queen bed, bureau and closet. A hall bathroom with a new tiled shower and vanity with marble top. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!

Noddy is our cozy, well-appointed studio just one block from lower Main Street and a block from the harbor. Full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, bathroom with shower, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, wifi, washer/dryer and you can walk everywhere! Come experience Nantucket Town. We'd love to have you!
