The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

It is perfectly placed as a base for exploring the local area and is near the beautiful and peaceful Helford River. There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

Desirable Chalet in the heart of Mullion village within walking distance of the coastal path, Polurrian Beach and Mullion Cove. Poldu Beach has a beach cafe and car park. The Bean Chalet offers self-contained accommodation, with one double bed for up to two people, whether you are looking for a short walking break or a romantic stay. Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.

The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.
