There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. Short walks to local pubs and restaurants, close to local wedding venues such as Crondon Park, Downham Hall and Stock Brook Manor, and a 5 min taxi ride from Billericay which has a lively nightlife.

The Stables

The Stables is a spacious two bedroom cottage adjacent to our family home. We live down a private drive, off the main road in the middle of traditional English parkland. Whilst this is a new listing we have successfully let this cottage on a five star rating for the past 6 years. Only relisting due to a change in tax details. We look forward to welcoming you back.
