Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ,1 großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Bitte beachten : keine Küche . Küche befindet sich aktuell in Bau. Kaffee+Tee ist gratis. Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle , Kaffee- und Wasserkocher vorhanden. 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Accommodation "Bettina" for 1 to 3 People. For 1 Person a single bed in the living room. For 2 or 3 persons there´s an extra bedroom with a double bed 160/200cm available. A modern, light flooded, spacious and comfortabel attic flat. Living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom and a bathroom . The flat is on the 3rd level in a private house. In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. key compartment, free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Studio calme dans un cadre verdoyant

Le studio se trouve à Altenstadt (Wissembourg), au-dessus du garage attenant à la maison, avec une entrée séparée. Il convient parfaitement pour les couples (avec un lit de 1,60 m) et les voyageurs en solo. Il offre la possibilité de faire la cuisine (deux plaques, un réfrigérateur, un grille-pain, une cafetière, une bouilloire électrique, un mini four, un four à micro-ondes...) Vous apprécierez la tranquillité de l'endroit, le grand jardin, les levers du soleil...

Appartement calme et lumineux

Le logement vous propose un accès privatif, il comprend: une cuisine équipée ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon. Une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et une baignoire . Une chambre a coucher avec un lit de 160/200 avec dressing, linge de lit fournis. Et des toilettes séparés. Un lave linge est a disposition (payant). Le petit plus, une grande terrasse vous accueille équipé d'un espace détente dans un cadre verdoyant.

Lovers of Northern Alsace, you will be seduced by this unique and romantic getaway. Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.

Unterkunft in Bietigheim Baden

Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants und Straßenbahn sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Messe Karlsruhe 11 km entfernt, über B36 in 12 Minuten zu erreichen Weitere wichtige Infos: Waschmaschine+Trockner 5€ pro Anwendung.
