Relax in the shade of a 300 year old oak tree on the porch of this adorable 1940's coastal cottage. Retaining it's charm, but updated with all the amenities you could want, this cozy cottage is ideally located minutes from the beach, area attractions, and walking or easy biking distance to the Morehead City Waterfront shops and restaurants. You find a queen bed, sofa, and a 50” TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. The space includes a refrigerator, microwave, Dutch oven, and a coffee maker that brews both drip and pods. A spacious deck with outdoor seating, a grill, and an electric smoker. A half block from Lowe’s Foods, Banks Grill, Nacho Brewery, and Loretta’s Pizza. Hospital is one mile away.

Waterfront Home with hottub, kayak, and jon boat

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

We look forward to hosting you at Promise Land Studio. We are located in a friendly neighborhood, two blocks away from the sound with water access. We are walking distance to Morehead City downtown waterfront with restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, dive shops, art galleries, charter boats, fishing and kayaking. You can walk to Shevans park or drive 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort, 5 minutes to Atlantic beach and 25 min to Cherry Point. Boat ramp access is 2 blocks away (1 min).

This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking
