Cozy house in a private residential neighborhood on a private road, come and enjoy the mountain views and serene vibe. Our house is by no means a party house, we have nearby neighbors and due to the location is very quiet at night. Our home is perfect for guests who are looking for a serene time instead of a place to get together to party. We would love to host anybody as long as they are respectful. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

Less than 1/4 mile away you will find over 200 acres along the beach bluff with many trails. UCSB is close, in fact you can bicycle there along the bike path just outside our community. The studio is ideal for business or vacationing as it is located between the many businesses in Goleta and the numerous attractions in Santa Barbara.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
