Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

This fully renovated apartment is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops on Main st. It is fully renovated and features a living room with a dining area, brand new kitchen, full bath with a small shower, and a small clothes washer / dryer combo unit. The queen bed is in a loft style bedroom upstairs. There is an additional full size sofa bed in the living room. The property has gigabit fiber wifi, and a nice green common area just in front of the apartment.
