This family friendly home features 3 levels with the main living area on the top floor, accessible from the front entry and parking area. Play shuffleboard, darts, and foosball, splash into the lake on the water slide, paddle into the sunset, dock your boat, or relax in a hammock or lounger.

Outside enjoy a porch with grilling area and a charcoal grill. 1 mile to Uwharrie trail, within 4 miles to multiple kayak launches, horse and ATV trails. Located 8 minutes from the Uwharrie Mountains, and 10 minutes to downtown Albemarle / Stony Mountain Vineyards / Morrow Mountain State Park.
