Casita Orilla del Mar is a wonderful retreat one block from Santa Barbara's East Beach. The open-plan is spacious and very comfortable. The bungalow sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout double bed in the living room. French doors off of the Livingroom open to an inviting, completely private patio, built-in spa, outdoor shower, Tranquility fountain and outdoor dining with built-in barbeque. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream with in unit washer and dryer.

Welcome the the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.

Lighthouse Keeper's House, close to the beach

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Montecito Miramar Beach Cottage

Stay at Montecito’s favorite beach. Quiet and comfortable one bedroom cottage with everything you need - king bed, full kitchen and bath (glass shower-no tub), spacious living room and private garden patio. The cottage is conveniently located just one block away from the beach or the Rosewood Miramar hotel and just minutes to Coast Village Road for dining and shopping.

Studio near east beach making it easy to walk over and have yourself a beach day. If your looking to hit the downtown area then you could walk the beach there, would take about 30 minutes or a few minute drive. Zoo nearby, east beach volley ball courts nearby!
