This is a sweet cozy getaway centrally located less than 5 min. from Asheville airport and Sierra Nevada, 15 min. from downtown Asheville, and 20 to downtown Hendersonville. One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Explore this 1.68 acre serene getaway, complete with a stream, a bridge, a meadow perfect for lawn games, a bamboo grove, fire pit and extended spa deck with luxury hot tub. Winter views of Capps Lake offer a picturesque scene from the deck. The lake is obscured by shrubs during warmer months, but the frog song and critter's chorus' are abundant! The lake is privately owned, we do not own the lake but the property boarders the edge.
