The Garden Rooms, beautiful self catering cottage

The Garden Rooms sit in the grounds of Downside House and holds a 4*Gold Visit England Award. Located within easy reach of Bath, Bristol and Wells. The Cowshed is a fully self contained property with its own entrance and includes one car parking space on our private driveway. It is an annexe which has been newly renovated. We have recently given this space a new lease of life by re-decorating the main living area, bathroom and bedroom. It also comes with a fully refurnished kitchen along with all new appliances excluding dishwasher & washing machine. Situated in the village of Farmborough, only 8 miles from Bath and Bristol City Centre.

The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
