Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

Southside Cottage

Welcome to the Southside Cottage, located in the Historic Southside District of Fort Worth! This cozy backhouse gives guests close access to the stockyards, TCU, hospital district, Dickies Arena and some amazing local restaurants & coffee shops. It is newly renovated with a kitchen, workspace, TV, queen size bed, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Full of amenities such as wifi, streaming services, a washer/dryer unit and much more. We hope you feel comfortable and at home during your stay!

We tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a stocked kitchen with all that you might need to prepare a meal, a comfy queen size bed, and a walk-in closet containing plenty of room for your things. Bathroom has a hairdryer, plenty of towels, and starter toilet paper. We have WIFI and smart TV's.
