Alle laagjes zijn zichtbaar en creëren een bijzondere ritmiek en schaduwspel. Op de begane grond bevindt zich de woonkamer/ keuken, een plaatsje (privé), en een badkamer. Op de verdieping is een werkplek, een stapelbed en een hoofdslaapkamer. De verblijfsruimten staan in open verbinding met elkaar.

Verblijven in deze watervilla is een unieke ervaring. Het huis drijft en u voelt het huis daardoor bewegen bij veel wind. Gelukkig niet zo erg dat u er zeeziek van kan worden ;-) Door de grote ramen heeft u volop zicht op de vogels in het water vanuit de keuken. Het water is geen officieel zwemwater, maar er kan prima gezwommen worden. Een zwemtrap, zwembanden en buitendouche zijn aanwezig. Ook kunt de tweepersoons kano gebruiken.
