It has since been my home with the occasional letting to allow me to fund further home improvement projects such as the driveway and patio area. The decor is bright, cosy and fresh. Brand new kitchen. The estate was purpose built in the 1970's as holiday estate and now has a mix of residents and holiday homes set in spacious grounds. There is no through traffic so it’s quiet and peaceful. Two bedrooms downstairs and bathroom.
