This property features a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, a full dining room, a living room with an original fireplace, and a sitting room any family would enjoy. The cottage offers two bedrooms (one king, one queen) and one bath with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, W/D, front and back covered porches, and don't forget the animals! We have mini Highland and High Park cattle, a horse, friendly barn cats, and spacious natural surroundings. There is also a walking trail along the woods, and a beautiful pond. Dogs welcome too!

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. The Oswell Wright House Circa 1890

Cira 1890 The Oswell Wright home features a Historic Marker that tells the story of the Brandenburg Affair, There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath located on the second floor so must be able to use stairs. The kitchen & living room are on the first floor. This home is located 2 blocks from downtown historic Corydon, shopping & dinning. The gas is shut off to cook stove and oven for safety. You are welcome to use the wood burning fire pit at the back of yard.
