This cozy, modern above ground 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom basement suite is bright and spacious and offers everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 70 inch TV w/ cable & Netflix, large sectional sofa with double pull out bed, Wifi, central air, in-suite laundry, quality linens with extra bedding. Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Enjoy our peaceful, private property in Fort Langley with your own hot tub in a totally private setting. From the La Cornue range to the Smeg kettle & Nespresso machine, all of the finishes & amenities are top quality. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the private backyard or curl up with a good book by the gas fireplace. The primary suite has a king bed & freestanding tub. It’s a 20 min. walk to Fort Langley Village. Integrated Health is a 5 min. drive & it’s a 10 min. drive to Thunderbird Show Park.

Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.
