Welcome to our beautiful home, a perfect base when visiting Fiordland. Location is key and you won't be disappointed. A Short stroll to the shops, restaurants and lake Te Anau. Fantastic indoor outdoor flow, bbq area, small reserve beside house where children can play and room for your boat. A great modern kitchen, well equipped . You will love our luxury retreat, with cosy gas fire looking out to beautiful mountain views. Te Anau is the ideal stop over to experience Milford & Doubtful Sounds.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Cosy cottage by the park (flat rate)

Three bedroom split level cottage, sole use. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, three minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre. Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 months in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require assistance.

Bask in the sun or stay cosy by the fire, as you watch the everchanging landscape of Lake Manapouri and the spectacular Cathedral Mountains of Fiordland from the comfort of the living room. Or get out and explore it for your yourself with the lake front a stones throw from the doorstep. Walking distance to local Café and restaurant, as well as the Doubtful Sound Ferry Terminal Enquire about our working sheep dog demonstration and farm tour, located 15 mins drive from the house.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Inside the Square

Overlooking Fergus Square, our unit is newly renovated and decorated. Stacker doors open onto a covered deck for outdoor relaxing. Fully insulated and with a heat pump, you will be warm and comfortable no matter the weather. Just a few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes walk to shops, cafés and bars, the location is perfect! Beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and easily accessed walking tracks. The Bivy - Manapouri Lakefont

Welcome to Lake Manapouri, the hidden gem of the South. Our modern 'suite style' bach is nestled in the heart of the best that Manapouri has to offer, with bush walks to gorgeous lake beaches a step out the door. Couples, and groups of two will love this location on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, while still only a few doors down from a bar/ restaurant, cafe / dairy and the starting point for Doubtful Sound cruises.

Takahe's Nest - very close to the lake in Te Anau.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!

Small house, BIG view

Beautiful lake view of Manapouri from this comfortable and funky little house. Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.
