Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland.
