Stugan är utrustad med bastu och en vedeldad kamin, och för extra komfort finns kyl/frys samt flera värmeelement vilket gör det möjligt att besöka denna plats året om.

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Naturskönt, havsnära och lugnt

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med närhet till naturen, skogen och havet. Finns möjlighet till utomhusaktiviteter under alla årstider. På hösten kan ni ta del av naturens läckerheter, bär och svamp finns att plocka i skogen. Naturskyddsområde med naturstig är beläget knappt 1 km promenad från gäststugan. Grillplats finns vid strandkanten där ni kan tillreda en måltid till vågskvalp och fågelkvitter. 14 km till Luleå centrum. Vedeldad kamin finns i stugan. Bastun är vedeldad.

Alla årstider ger dig oförglömliga minnen, norrsken på vintern eller njut av ljuset dygnet runt på sommaren. Huset är placerat i syd/sydväst vilket gör hela tomten härligt belyst av solsken. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Room in my house with two beds, own toilet, shared kitchen and shower. I might be home, or not. Dog is living in the house, don't be allergic. She's really the best dog there is, very kind, makes no fuzz. If I'm not home, neither is dog.
