cosy little house 30 min from city centre Vienna

The area is save and very traffic poor and there are enough parking possibilities in front of the house or in front of my garage within the compound. It's exactly 30 minutes drive from my house to the city centre of Vienna. You have a nice little garden with a set of chairs and a barbecue grill in front of your door and herbs, veggies, fruits. You will enjoy staying in Mödling with all its beautifull forests whilse being so close to city centre and airport and 10 min walk from public transport

We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. (100 Stufen zu gehen). Dafür gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Min. in die Innenstadt. Der Preis pro Nacht ist für 1 Gast. Bei der Ankunft bin ich persönlich anwesend und übergebe den Schlüssel.
