Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

The space blends Spanish style architecture w/ modern furnishings to provide the perfect retreat for a time a well spent, regardless of what brings you here. It is the lower level of a duplex. The well known 2nd St is a block away, offering an abundance of restaurants, cafe’s, & boutique shops, while the beach is also 1 block away in the opposite direction, offering beautiful views of the ocean & walking path.

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. Welcome to Casita Blanca, our charming 2-bed/1 bonus den/2-bath home away from home! This is the upper level of a house with a private entrance through a lovely patio. Inside, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living room, full kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. The two bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the home, each with its own bathroom for added privacy. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Outside there is a gas BBQ on the shared patio.

Staples center is 25 miles away. The boat terminal for Catalina Island is nearby.

Our house can accommodate 9+ people for family or business trip. Enjoy the OCEAN view and HUGE backyard. FULL size TENNIS court for kids to play! Bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, basketballs, and more are provided. Steps away from beach access. A complete replacement of laundered linens/towels is setup for every reservation. This one-bedroom apartment is right on 4th Street, walking distance to Ralph's in South Rose Park, Long Beach. It's a 5-minute drive to the beach, a 10-minute bike ride, or a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood is filled with great cafes, restaurants, and amazing shops like The Hangout. Walk to Gusto or Coffe Drunk. During your stay, we can provide you with retro bikes and cruiser bikes upon request.
