This dockside charter gives you complete privacy and an amazing nautical experience. Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Private, gated, level-in guest suite nestled in a garden with a well equipped kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room, dedicated work space, free wifi, TV, and patio for dining, relaxing and working. Steps from historic Pt Richmond markets, cafes, galleries, and restaurants it's near local beaches and hiking trails as well as San Francisco, Berkeley, and Sonoma's wine country. A pleasant Bay breeze cools and comforts guests. We live on site with a separate entry and are glad to answer questions.

This private studio includes a Saatva luxe King mattress, Luxe sheets and down duvet, fire pit, picnic table, and giant back yard with a 50 foot pine tree and clover lawn. This is one of the few rentals that is located directly on beach/great highway in San Francisco. Come enjoy a secluded beachside escape.

The ocean smell and waves make the vacation very relaxed. Whale watching, surfing, gliding or just viewing sunsets are all memorable activities. Beach access is just across the street. Our home was recently remodeled with all brand new smart appliances and furniture. TV/lights can be turned on/off via voice commands.
