Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό.

Η φωτεινότητα του χώρου & οι λευκές αποχρώσεις που επικρατούν, μαζί με τα φυσικά στοιχεία προσφέρουν την απαραίτητη καθαρότητα, ζεστασιά&ηρεμία. Τη γενική επιμέλεια του χώρου είχε η ταλαντούχα Ψυρροπούλου Αναστασια του A2 engineering & design. Το υψηλού design μπάνιο έχει σχεδιαστεί από τον περίφημο Ολλανδό αρχιτέκτονα Joris Braat.
