Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Situated on the river Dee, just 2 minutes walk to Llangollen bridge and all town centre amenities. We are dog & child friendly with a fairy garden, tree house and trampoline. We are set in a private enclosed 1 acre garden on the river bank with fishing rights. There are a variety of seating areas, fire pit and BBQ. You have your own private fully equipped kitchen, plumbed toilet and shower.
