We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Shotgun Blue has an extra long driveway , too!

There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
