The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

Our cabin is located in the heart of the Nicolet national forest on 37.5 acres It boarders on two sides creating a beautiful and very peaceful setting. Once inside you will feel warm and comfortable while being able to see all the beauty nature has to offer through all the windows over looking the property. Plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare a meal or relax on the deck while grilling. Relax by the camp fire or cool off in the pond. Snowmobile and atv trails through back of property.

Located in the heart of the former Black Bear Lodge on Little St. Germain lake. Spend your days relaxing on the beach, swimming in clear, sandy water, or park your boat on the dedicated slip to enjoy one of the best recreational lakes in the area. Wind your evenings down enjoying the sunset at the fire pit, or watching the stars!

Enjoy autumn colors, biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and ATV trails throughout the area. Full scribed log cabin is freshly remodeled with new appliances and mattresses. A new dock to tie it up for the evening on those summer stays, and drive out (at own risk) on the ice for those winter months.

The cottage is located on 235 acres with two spring-fed lakes.
