The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rear terrace/ parents' retreat off the master bedroom overlooking the shared pool at the rear, well equiped kitchen and laundry and a single carport under the building.

The apartment has an extra large balcony with dining table and lounge suite. On request both bedrooms can have the beds made into either a King bed or split into 2 king singles.
