This perfectly secluded Traditional Stone Barn Cottage enjoys 2 large bedrooms, (1 double room en-suite, and 1 twin/double room with separate bathroom) together with a well-appointed kitchen, delightful sitting-room and private grounds with lawns and fruit trees.

The Cottage, Smith's Road, Charleville

12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. Woodhaven

Keep life simple at this country-side retreat for individual guests. Woodhaven is a short stroll to Castleconnell village on the banks of the River Shannon. It is conveniently located to the M7 motorway, Limerick city and the University of Limerick (approx 8km/6 minute drive). A bus stop is close by, which is served by the 323 and 72 services to and from Limerick city. Woodhaven caters specifically for the individual guest, traveling solo.

Aine House

Short drive to either Limerick City or Killaloe on Lough Derg. With St Johns Castle and Bunratty Castle and folk park also within 15 to 30mins drive. On return relax in this spacious and peaceful space. Adjacent scenic walk along the aqueduct built in the 1920's with wonderful views while taking the stroll some 6klm if one desires. A fantastic gateway for those looking to explore West Ireland and Atlantic coast line.

We are located in a peaceful rural countryside setting just 3 mins (by car) from Newport town, 12 mins from University of Limerick/ Castletroy, 15 mins from Limerick City centre and 40 mins from Shannon Airport.
