The house sleeps up to 11, but we can accommodate larger groups with seasonal off-grid cabin stays, camping, and (1) RV connection (electric and water, no sewer) all for additional cost. Our Country House is ideal for family fun, Kansas Speedway fans, KU & KC visitors, or just a simple private getaway! Guests have the entire lower level to themselves, and sole use of the rear entrance, swimming pool, and back yard! We live on the upper level with our own private entrance in the front. Complete privacy! When not exploring nearby sports, eating and shopping, you can relax in the quiet of our 26 acres.

Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.
