We’ve stocked the kitchen, added cozy touches, indoor & outdoor games, & Smart TV’s. Wake to lake views from the master suite, grill on the patio, or unwind by the fire pit. Walk to the par 3 golf course or take a short drive to the local winery, Cherry Creek Cellars. Enjoy kayaking & fishing right from our beach and dock. We love it here—and we think you will too.

Lake Social-2 bedroom Lower Unit

Value based cottage sits just feet from “all sports” 550 acre Round Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee next to the lake on your covered patio. This cottage is the lower half of a 2 story duplex. Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Devils Lake Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage! This beautiful lakefront escape has everything you need for the perfect summer trip. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Watch the sunrise from the comfort of the couch in the sunroom or the serene outdoor patio. Use of the dock is included. Please message me with questions!

Relax at this beautiful, fully renovated lake side cottage. You'll have a lake view from your front patio. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants. Treck the 4 mile lake circumference. The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.

Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College. The spacious home and property are ideal for family reunions, celebrations, or group getaways, offering comfort, convenience, and endless lake fun for all ages.

Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.
