Liebe Durchreisende, in meiner Unterkunft können bis zu 7 bis 8 Leute nächtigen. Die angebotene Wohnung hat in ihrem Erdgeschoss eine Küche mit sämtlichen Geschirr, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine Sitzgruppe mit Fernseher, Betten und einen kleinen Esszimmerbereich. In der oberen Etage befinden sich weitere Betten. Außen befindet sich eine Terrase mit kleinem Garten und Zaun für Hunde gut geeignet. Die gesamte Unterkunft befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit kleinem Bauernhof..

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
