Enjoy your stay in San Diego in this newly renovated guesthouse. Centrally located about a mile from Hwy 8, Hwy 125, and the Grossmont Trolley Station & Transit Center. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, the airport, the beaches, and most of San Diego's other popular tourist attractions. This cozy, two-story, detached unit is located behind my home, and has its own private entrance and partitioned yard for your enjoyment. There's plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.

We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. WE FOLLOW CDC CLEANING GUIDELINES.

San Diego/Mt. Helix Two Bedroom

This private two-bedroom studio is in the lovely area of Mount Helix of San Diego. It is close to the city, beaches, parks, art and culture, casinos, great views, restaurants and dining. This is a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. Coming this June 2025; living room and kitchen area with full sofa bed to sleep an additional two (extra room or living/dining area). Photos soon.

It is near the Safari Park, wedding venues and is walking distance to 4 wineries! The property is gated so guests feel safe and sleep peacefully in the quiet of the country. You will love the fresh fruit, farm animals, and tranquility of the location - all while only being 4.5 miles off the freeway. This space is excellent for couples, friends and solo adventurers.

Looking for the perfect place to chill with your favorite person or just some alone time? Yome with private patio and spacious pool area. Not just a place to stay but an artsy retreat full of color, butterflies, birds and life. Hot shower and flush toilet in plant filled outdoor bathroom. We've been told the shower alone is worth the stay. Come glamping and get cozy with heated blanket, heater and flannel sheets. ** 36 hours between check-ins. Thorough cleaning and sanitizing.. Four night minimum stay. Dogs ONLY are welcomed on a case by case basis. They must be house trained and are not permitted on any furniture. If you instant book, you must contact me about your pet within 24 hours. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas - patio, gazebo, yard. Easy freeway access helps any commute to downtown and area attractions. Having your own vehicle is the best way to get around..
