Come enjoy our private beach and dock on lake James. Brand new home with access to the lake. Bring your boat, jet ski or kayak. Public boat launch less than a mile away or rent one from the marina. Private gated community with community pool and fire pit . There are two state parks and dozens of bike and hiking trails along the lake shore . Mt Mitchell, the highest mountain east of the Rockies and Linville falls and gorge are each less than an hour drive away.

Lake Lure cabin with private beach

Lake front cabin on a private secluded cove with beach; recently remodeled and professionally decorated! Three bedrooms with 2 and a half baths, and outdoor shower make this a comfortable home for six adults. NOTE - Hurricane Helene hit Lake Lure hard in September 2024. We were lucky and our cabin was undamaged, but Town of Lake Lure is still working to clean up the lake and currently prohibits boating and swimming.

This Cabin is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Lake Lure and is a short walk to a waterfall and a private beach. At the beach you will find docks, gazebos, picnic tables, large umbrellas and lounge chairs. With just a short 7 minute drive you will find several restaurants to dine at for those nights when you don't feel like cooking. Please be aware the lake is current not useable due to Hurricane Helene.
