Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.
