Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Majoittaja asuu samassa pihassa. Vieraat saavat liikkua pihalla vapaasti. Naapureiden pihat ovat yksityisiä.

The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
