This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Beachfront 3-level private, luxury furnished villa, with large infinity pool with jakuzi and hydro-massage, gym, heliport / helicopter access, 5 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 5 fireplaces, 9' American pool table, two verandas, a private half-hectare farm for agrotourism (fruits, vegetables, chicken), and ability to provide food services cooked on location, or sourced from local restaurants (at an extra charge).

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
