Ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung mit Kamin & Terrasse

Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Stahnsdorf liegt am südwestlichen Berliner Speckgürtel, Potsdam und Berlin sind schnell erreichbar. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 622 nach Berlin (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). Die Bushaltestelle nach Potsdam ist ca. 400m entfernt. Unsere Wohnung vermieten wir ab September 2021 und möchten Dich herzlich begrüßen. Sie ist hell und freundlich, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Auch den Garten und die Terrasse kannst du nutzen. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Zwischen Berlin und Potsdam liegt das kleine, einfache Bungalow-Häuschen, direkt neben unserem Wohnhaus auf einem großen Grundstück. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch bei uns.

Reihenhaus in Kleinmachnow

Im grünen, sehr ruhigen Kleinmachnow gelegen, sind Sie von unserem Reihenmittelhaus sehr schnell in Berlin oder auch in Potsdam. Alles, was Sie benötigen, ist in der Nähe: Bushaltestelle, Regionalbahnhof Berlin-Wannsee, S-Bahnhof Mexikoplatz, Lebensmittel-Discounter, Bank, etc. Das Haus ist zeitweise von den Eigentümern bewohnt, die Schränke sind zum Teil voll.

The quiet studio includes a single bed with freshly pressed linen and towels, WiFi, TV and lots of kitchen equipment for short and long stays. It’s a great location to get to Park Sanssouci and all the nice shops, restaurants & cafés in the central area.
