Great location near shops and beaches! Separate apartment 380 sq ft. Private walkway, small deck area, large backyard with fire pit. The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Very nice single family house, 9 miles from the beach, two bedrooms, flat screens in each, washer and dryer, new step in shower. big flat screen in the living room, front deck, nicer back deck. Wheelchair ramp in back. Off the street parking, and outside shower, 1 mile to Target, 1.5 miles to Walmart, and 5 miles to downtown, restaurants golf, entertainment everything. Wilmington has to offer
