Beautiful Studio apartment on the top floor of a 200 year old Convent, accessed by exterior stairs (48 steps). Private entrance, closed off from the rest of the house. Bright & fully self contained. We have THREE further Airbnb properties on site - The Wing, The Cottage and The Penthouse so check these out should the Studio be unavailable or if your group extents beyond one place😊. PLEASE NOTE: The property is old. There will be creaks and although we do our best, there might be spiders.

Our guest bedroom is a cozy sanctuary with soft bedding, ambient lighting, and personal touches. It's a warm and inviting space where you can relax and feel right at home. Oh, we have the most adorable dogs in the house! They're like furry bundles of joy that bring so much happiness and playfulness to our home. Our dogs are super friendly and love meeting new people. They'll definitely make your stay even more enjoyable with their wagging tails and endless cuddles.

The River Bank

Centrally located in Carlow town adjacent to the town park and river board walk. Restaurants, bars and shops are meters away but a first floor mezzanine courtyard for the apartment complex is also available for guests. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs or lift. There is an open plan living/dining area flanked with a well equipped kitchen. The spacious double room has built in wardrobes, a work station and a large bathroom.

I have to ask you to ignore the first couple of reviews.I certainly have , one of the guests I got through airbnb is actually still here and is moving in so that is the only kind of review I am interested, I now have a guest who have made manager and is managing the Airbnb for me, as you can say to quality has gone up and we have a cleaner , so all is good
