There is off street parking for 2 cars and it's 5 minutes walk to train and Melbourne's famous trams. The Yarra River bike and walking trail is nearby as are access to the Monash and Eastern freeways . We are 3 minutes walk to West Hawthorn village with cafes, restaurants, a great pub, wine bar, supermarket, butcher and chemist. In a little over 10 minutes you can walk to an amazing range of dining experiences - We are happy to make recommendations. The quiet neighborhood is made up of bike and walking paths, oak-lined streets, and parks. With a myki card (available from a nearby shop) you can catch a train (10 minutes to the city, less to MCG or Rod Laver Arena) or hop on a tram (20 minutes to the city). We are on the Belgrave, Lilydale, Alamein train lines and the No 75 Vermont South to City tram line. If you prefer, bike riding is popular and driving is easy.
