The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. love the seaside? This house is literally on the beach. Every room has full sea views. It is a heritage listed house with 3 double bedrooms and one bunk room. It has private smugglers caves, wood burning stove, brick bbq, wood burning pizza oven, a record player, space invaders and table football. This house has been specifically designed as a high end family house not a party house. I have a very good relationship with my neighbours and would like to keep it that way.
