The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances as well as pots, dishes, coffee maker, etc. all the comforts of home! It even has a washer and dryer! New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

The home is in a great beach community that is a short walk to the beach. But if u don’t want to walk you can just enjoy the ocean view from the porch. Studio Apartment in a Great Neighborhood!

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
